“Jeremy Briscall and his residential electrical team completed installing a Briggs & Stratton standby generator for us in May 2018. Jeremy did an excellent job assessing our power requirements, explaining options to us, helping us determine an appropriate size generator, answering our questions, recommending a high-quality propane gas line installer and completing the job as promised. Jeremy worked with BrightRidge for approval to install an automatic transfer switch that fits behind our power meter and it reduced our installation cost. Jeremy had installed this transfer switch at locations served by other power companies and was ready to introduce this equipment to BrightRidge at the time we connected our generator. Jeremy brought Anthony, who will be performing annual inspection and maintenance for us, to assist with the installation.
